Manage Your Students and
Maintain a Course Presence

 

When it comes time to facilitate and deliver your course, you want to make sure you remain on top of your messages, discussions, assignment submissions and other personal settings. Managing your students and maintaining your presence in the course is a key aspect to creating an engaging online experience for your learners.

Participants who complete this module will be able to:

• Identify the options in a user profile (display name, avatar, title/role, bio, links)
• State the purpose of managing notification preferences
• List the benefits of organizing course-related groups
• Describe the options of the inbox (canvas messaging system/conversations)
• Identify the navigation options of the global dashboard
